Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be assessed
to each order. The minimum shipping/handling charge is $10.50 per order. Shipping
charges vary and are determined by the weight of the box, value of the
shipment, delivery address, special handling charges and shipper fuel
surcharges, when applicable. Shipping carrier is the sole discretion of Baron
Custom Accessories, Inc. (BARON). Domestic orders ship via Standard Ground
Service unless otherwise specified. The
only method offered for receiving a tracking number for your shipment is via
e-mail notification; therefore a current e-mail address is required at the time
you place your order. Expedited delivery
service is available, at the customer's expense, by calling our Order Hotline
and specifying Overnight (Red Label), 2-Day (Blue Label) or 3-Day Select
(Orange Label) shipping. International Orders: PLEASE NOTE - THE SHIPPING AMOUNT WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOMS FEES, UPS BROKERAGE FEES, ETC., THAT MAY BE INCURRED ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. THESE FEES, TAXES AND/OR DUTIES ARE NOT LEVIED BY BARON, AND ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL. PLEASE DO THE APPROPRIATE RESEARCH AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
Delivery Time:
We know you're anxious to receive your parts, and we will make every effort to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery time for in-stock items varies based on our lead time and carrier delivery schedules. We are a custom manufacturing company and make every effort to maintain adequate inventory levels, but delays in the manufacturing process may cause some parts to be temporarily out of stock. If an item is on backorder, we will make every effort to provide you with an estimated availability date. Respectfully, please allow 7 - 10 days to receive your shipment of in-stock items and eight weeks for backordered items from date of order placement before calling to check status on your order.
Star Touring & Riding Members:
Star Touring and Riding Association (STAR) members placing retail orders over $100 directly with BARON receive FREE shipping & handling on normal stock items within the contiguous 48 states, via standard ground delivery. Free shipping does not apply to wheels, custom service work, special orders or expedited delivery service. To qualify, STAR members must provide BARON with their current STAR membership number at the time of order placement. BARON does not refund shipping & handling charges after an item has shipped.

We reserve the right to alter our product designs including, but not limited to, shape, fitment, finish or hardware without notice.
Domestic Payment Terms:
All orders are shipped pre-paid by credit card, certified funds or PayPal. Credit cards are not charged until your order is ready to ship. Special orderssuch as custom wheels, rotors, pulleys, custom paint, head packages, etc., must be pre-paid at time of order. BARON currently accepts: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards, money orders or certified checks, and PayPal transfers.
International Payment Terms:
To protect Baron Custom Accessories and our customers from fraud, all international orders, including applicable shipping charges, must be prepaid by credit card, wire transfer, international money orders or PayPal transfers.
Backorders:
Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped automatically when available unless you request NO BACKORDERS. We will attempt to contact you prior to shipping your order if the order is over 90 days. If no contact is made, the item will be shipped.
Cancellations:
Special order items, i.e. performance engine work, custom wheels, rotors, pulleys, custom paint, etc., cannot be canceled. Cancellation of standard orders must be received prior to shipment. Customer is responsible for any and all costs incurred for refused deliveries.
Limited Warranty:
BARON offers a limited warranty on its product for a period of one year from the date of invoice. Limited warranty is for defects in workmanship and materials only. Parts must be returned to BARON for inspection for determination of repair, replacement or credit. Misuse, improper installation, and/or modification of our product void all warranties. No replacement will be shipped prior to receipt of the return for inspection and determination of qualification of warranty. We will make every effort to ship replacement parts in a timely fashion, however, please be aware that delays may sometimes occur due to manufacturing schedules. Credits or refunds will be issued only for the value of the item and only if part was purchased directly from BARON. No credit will be issued for labor or any other cost incurred beyond the original cost of the part. BARON is not responsible for failure of any product that results from normal wear and tear, misuse, modification or improper installation. Exhaust sound of tone & pitch varies from one system and motorcycle to the next and is not covered by warranty. Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package. See RMA section of these policies for more information.
Performance Product Warranties and Returns: (i.e., internal engine parts)
No warranties on internal engine performance products for any reason. No returns, exchanges or refunds for any internal engine performance products. No credit will be issued for labor or any other cost incurred in the installation of these products.
Limited Chrome Warranty:
As hard as we try, our chrome is not always perfect. Small flaws and/or marks in the chrome do not constitute a flawed product. If, upon inspection you don't agree, or if the chrome is very obviously flawed then please give us a call. Our standard chrome warranty is for a period of 90 days from date of invoice, for workmanship or defects. Corrosion defects due to salt spray in beach or snow areas, corrosive chemicals, improper care or cleaning are NOT COVERED by warranty. Parts must be returned to BARON for inspection for determination of repair, replacement or credit. Misuse, improper installation, and/or modification of our product void all warranties. No replacement will be shipped prior to receipt of the return for inspection and determination of qualification of warranty. We will make every effort to ship replacement parts in a timely fashion, however, please be aware that delays may sometimes occur due to manufacturing schedules. Credits or refunds will be issued only for the value of the item and only if part was purchased directly from BARON. No credit will be issued for labor or any other cost incurred beyond the original cost of the part. BARON is not responsible for failure of any product that results from normal wear and tear, misuse, modification or improper installation. Bluing/yellowing or discoloration of exhaust products is NOT COVERED for warranty. Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package. See RMA section of these policies for more information.
Inspection:
All items returned for warranty consideration are subject to inspection. BARON reserves the right to inspect all parts related to a warranty claim and to refuse any warranty claim upon inspection of said parts. No replacement products will be shipped prior to receipt and inspection of any product for warranty request.
Non-Warranty Return Policy:
No item will be considered for return/refund/credit after 30 days of original invoice date. Original invoice must accompany the return. BARON reserves the right to inspect all parts related to a return request and to refuse any claim upon inspection of said parts. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged to all Non-Warranty Returns. Merchandise may not be returned for credit unless purchased directly from BARON. Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package. See RMA section of these policies for more information.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
All returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact BARON for the RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box, along with the word "RETURN". All items must be packed carefully to prevent damage. Any return item damaged during return shipping will not be warranted or considered for credit/refund. The original invoice, along with a letter describing the complaint (or RMA form included in package), must accompany all returns and must include the name, address and contact phone numbers for the customer, as well as e-mail address if available. Returns must be received within 45 days of the date the RMA number was issued. Any package shipped without an RMA number or received after 45 days will be refused. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed in the event of a warranty claim.

All items sold by BARON are intended for closed course racing and show purposes and may not be street legal, DOT approved or EPA approved. Certain products can affect or void your manufacturer's warranty.
